A member of the Brussels Bar since 1999, Emmanuel Jacqmard advises and assists his clients (both SMEs and private individuals) in resolving their legal disputes, while ensuring that the most effective course of action is chosen.

Very involved in the world of classic car associations, he has also developed an expertise in the specific problems associated with classic car transactions and the sometimes complicated history of certain classic cars.

Since 2009, Emmanuel Jacqmard has also been a deputy judge at the French-speakingTribunal of First Instance in Brussels.

The Tribunal regularly appoints him as a legal representative to represent minors in legal proceedings or to settle and administer vacant or escheated estates.

Finally, Emmanuel Jacqmard is the founding member of the KEY LEGAL lawyers’ association, which was set up in September 2014 and now has around 15 members.
